The Ottawa Diplomatic Association announces the holding of its annual General Assembly at the Romanian Embassy, 655 Rideau Street, on June 18, 2008, 6:00 pm.

At the 10th General Assembly, the Ambassador of Romania, H.E. Elena Stefoi, the current President, will present the 2008 Annual Report, outlining the activities of the Association. As well, a new President and Executive Committee will be elected from among the Members in attendance, using the system of nominations, acceptance and highest number of votes. The Association will also present its Financial Statements for the past fiscal year.

You are most welcome at this very special diplomatic event. Non-members are encouraged to attend and to join in this network of diplomats in Canada’s capital.
