“Implementing the APRM : Challenges and Opportunities”. That was the theme of the sixth African Governance Forum held in Kigali, Rwanda, on 9 May 2006. It was attended by a distinguished gathering of African Ministers, Ambassador Betheul Kiplagat, the African Peer Review chairperson and his team of Eminent Persons, Mr. Gilbert Houngbo, UNDP Regional Director for Africa, Dr Zeinab Bashir El Bakri, Vice-President of the Africa Development Bank and the heads of international organisations.
