What ODA is ?

The Ottawa Diplomatic Association is a non-profit organization that consists of :
 1. Ordinary Members : Diplomatic Agents of foreign countries and members of international organizations accredited to Canada.

 2. Associate Members : a) Ordinary Members of the Association retiring from the service of their Governments or international organizations, residing within the National Capital region, and b) Canadian citizens who have been of great service to the Association and whose membership is accepted by a unanimous vote of the General Assembly.

 3. Honorary Members : Honorary Membership shall be bestowed on Canadian Officials and other nationals resident in Canada, who have been of great service to the Association and whose membership accepted by a unanimous vote of the General Assembly.

ODA’s Patron

The Governor General of Canada shall be the Patron of the Ottawa Diplomatic Association.
