Update on the African Fertilizer Summit and the way ahead for the Green Revolution Through its programme for the revitalisation of the agricultural sector in Africa — the Comprehensive Africa Agricultural Development Programme (CAADP) — NEPAD has set a target of 6% annual average growth rate in agriculture at the national level by 2015.
