Prof. Mzobanzi Mboya, NEPAD’s Education Advisor, with a panel including Prof. Isaac Ntshoe, Professor of Education at the University of South Africa ; Lomthandazo Mavimbela, Senior Programme Manager – Education at the SADC Secretariat ; Luicie Ada, expert on education at the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) ; Dr. Claudia Harvey, Director UNESCO, Windhoek, Namibia.

African Views is a live phone-in programme featuring panel discussions on various topics around current NEPAD development initiatives. The topic of discussion on 17 October will centre on education and development in Africa.
