Strategic Investment Programme to save the ontinent’s land The second and final TerrAfrica regional preparation workshop was convened by the NEPAD Secretariat on 24-26 July 2006 to agree on key elements of the TerrAfrica Strategic Investment Programme (SIP).
The meeting, in Midrand, South Africa, was attended by representatives of the Regional Economic Communities (RECs), the African Union (AU) Commission, the NEPAD Secretariat, national ministries of agriculture and environment, multilateral development partners, African NGOs and civil society organisations.
