The South African Government, HP Consortium, Cisco Consortium, ORACLE Consortium, and NEPAD e-Africa Commission, will launch the NEPAD e-Schools demonstration project on 17 April 2007 at Maripe Secondary School in Mpumalanga Province.
The launch, which will cover six schools across the country, makes South Africa the seventh country to launch the project after Uganda, Ghana, Lesotho, Kenya, Rwanda, and Egypt.
